Sidewinder 30 SF riflescopes feature a second focal plane (SFP) reticle. This means the reticle maintains the same apparent size when magnification is changed. The side focus adjustment allows precise parallax correction at different shooting distances.

Choice of Reticles

Depending on the model, the Sidewinder 30 SF is available with a 10x Half Mil, 20x Half Mil or SR PRO II reticle. The Half Mil reticles feature reference markings for range estimation and holdover corrections for bullet drop and wind. The SR PRO II reticle provides additional aiming points for shooting at different distances. As these are second focal plane reticles, their reference values correspond to a specific magnification setting.

Resettable Locking Turrets With Witness Window

The Sidewinder 30 SF features precision adjustment turrets that can be reset to zero after sighting in. The locking mechanism helps prevent accidental changes to the settings. An integrated Witness Window displays the elevation turret's revolution indicator, making it easier to keep track of larger elevation adjustments when shooting at varying distances.
