The H&N Baracuda FT .177 is a high-quality competition pellet developed specifically for Field Target and Hunter Field Target. With a weight of 9.57 grain and an aerodynamic design, this pellet is focused on high accuracy and consistent performance at longer competition distances.

According to H&N, the Baracuda FT performs especially well in precision air rifles around the 16 joule power level. Each production batch is tested by H&N at 50 metres to meet strict requirements for shot grouping and consistency.

Developed for FT and HFT

The Baracuda FT is optimised for Field Target and Hunter Field Target. The combination of pellet weight, shape and quality control is designed for tight shot groups up to H&N's recommended maximum distance of 50 metres.

Choice of two head sizes

The H&N Baracuda FT is available with a head size of 4.50 or 4.51 mm. This allows the shooter to test which size best matches the barrel of the air rifle and delivers the most consistent results.

Strict quality control

H&N states that every production batch is tested at 50 metres. A 5-shot group must measure a maximum of 12 mm C-T-C, while a 20-shot group must measure a maximum of 20 mm C-T-C.
