The Weihrauch HW57 4.5 mm is a classic spring-powered air rifle with an underlever cocking system and fixed barrel. The underlever system keeps the barrel in position during cocking. After cocking, the pellet is inserted through the loading port.

The HW57 is equipped with the well-known Weihrauch Rekord trigger and an automatic safety. The long beech stock features a cheekpiece on both sides, making it suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters. The pistol grip and fore-end feature textured grip areas, while the stock is fitted with a rubber butt pad.

For aiming, the HW57 features adjustable open sights. A suitable riflescope can also be mounted on the scope rail. Models from 2026 onwards feature a 1/2" UNF barrel thread for mounting a compatible moderator.
