SmartReloader Coarse Walnut Cleaning Media is a natural cleaning granulate made from crushed walnut shells, designed for cleaning brass cartridge cases. It is intended for use in vibratory case tumblers and helps remove dirt, residue and surface deposits from used cartridge cases.
The coarse walnut shell particles provide a mechanical cleaning action on the surface of the cases during tumbling. This makes the cleaning media particularly suitable for removing dirt and deposits. For an extra shiny finish, a finer polishing media can be used after cleaning.
Walnut shell granulate is a commonly used cleaning media in ammunition reloading. It is suitable for dry cleaning brass cartridge cases and can be reused several times, depending on the level of contamination.

Application
Fill the case tumbler with a suitable amount of walnut shell cleaning media and add the brass cartridge cases. During operation, the vibration moves the cases through the granulate, helping remove dirt and deposits from their surfaces. Once cleaning is complete, carefully separate the cleaning media from the cleaned cases.
