FX Pocket Chrono V2 Chronograph – compact wireless velocity meter for airguns
FX Pocket Chrono V2 Chronograph
The FX Pocket Chrono V2 is a compact chronograph designed to measure pellet and slug velocity quickly and easily. It uses Doppler radar technology, so there is no need to position the chronograph in front of the muzzle. Simply mount it to your airgun and start measuring.
Doppler Radar Technology
Instead of optical sensors, the Pocket Chrono V2 uses radar technology. This makes measurements largely independent of lighting conditions and allows the chronograph to be used both indoors and outdoors. It can measure projectile velocities up to 1250 fps, or approximately 381 m/s.
FX Radar App
The Pocket Chrono V2 connects via Bluetooth to the FX Radar app for iOS and Android. The app displays measured velocities and allows you to analyse complete shot strings. Enter the projectile weight to calculate energy and view useful data such as extreme spread and standard deviation.
Compact and Lightweight
Measuring just 50 × 39 × 60 mm and weighing approximately 78 g, the Pocket Chrono V2 is easy to carry and adds very little bulk to your setup. Its compact design allows it to remain mounted to the airgun while shooting.
Rechargeable Battery
The V2 features a built-in rechargeable battery and charges via USB-C. This eliminates the need for the separate AAA batteries used by the first-generation FX Pocket Chrono.
Flexible Mounting Options
The FX Pocket Chrono V2 offers several mounting options. It can be attached to a Weaver/Picatinny rail or mounted directly to the barrel or air cylinder using the supplied mounting system.
