Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

At SEM Jacht & Schietsport, we aim to provide clear information about when you can expect your order and which shipping costs apply. Each product page therefore shows information about the current stock status or expected delivery time.

We keep a large part of our range in stock at our store in Bornerbroek, the Netherlands. We also work with various manufacturers, importers and suppliers from whom products can be ordered for you.

Below, we explain our different stock statuses and delivery times, as well as our shipping options and costs.

In Stock / Available for Immediate Delivery

If a product is marked “In stock” or “Available for immediate delivery”, the item is normally physically available from our own stock in Bornerbroek.

Orders containing only in-stock products are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days, provided the products are eligible for shipment by parcel carrier.

We keep our online stock information as accurate as possible. In exceptional cases, there may still be a difference between the displayed and actual stock. If an ordered product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Direct from Supplier or Manufacturer Stock

Some products may be marked:

Direct from [supplier/manufacturer] stock

Our range includes many different brands, models, colours, calibres, sizes and versions. It is therefore not possible to keep every individual variation permanently in our own warehouse.

Many products can be ordered directly from stock held by our supplier, importer or manufacturer.

These products are not physically in stock at SEM Jacht & Schietsport, but according to the available stock information they are available from the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

Once we receive your order, we will order the product for you as soon as possible. The final delivery time depends on the supplier or manufacturer and the transport time to us.

If the product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the latest expected delivery time or possible alternatives.

Available – Reserve Now

If a product is marked “Available – Reserve Now”, the product is available to order but is not currently held in our own stock in Bornerbroek. It must be specially ordered for you from our supplier, importer or manufacturer.

By reserving the product, you indicate that you would like to order it. We can then start the ordering process with the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

The delivery time depends on the product and its current availability. Special versions or products sourced from abroad may require a longer delivery time.

Would you like to know the current expected delivery time before making a reservation? Please contact us. If necessary, we can check the latest availability for you.

“Available – Reserve Now” means that the product can be ordered, but is not immediately available from our own stock in Bornerbroek.

Expected Delivery Time: 2–4 Weeks

If a product has an expected delivery time of 2–4 weeks, it is not currently in our own stock and must be ordered for you.

Once the product arrives at our premises, we will process your order as quickly as possible.

The stated 2–4 weeks is an estimated delivery time and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may be affected by availability from the manufacturer or importer, international transport and the specific version selected.

Other Expected Delivery Times

Some products may have different or longer delivery times. This can apply to special versions, less common sizes or calibres, special-order products and items sourced internationally.

In these cases, the expected delivery time is shown on the relevant product page.

All stated delivery times are estimates. When we receive updated availability information, we aim to update our webshop as quickly as possible.

Temporarily Sold Out

If an item is marked “Temporarily sold out”, it is currently unavailable.

This does not necessarily mean that the product has been discontinued. In many cases, we expect it to become available again at a later date.

Would you like to know when a product is expected back in stock? Please contact us. Where possible, we can check the latest availability with the supplier, importer or manufacturer.

Out of Stock

When a product is shown as “Out of stock”, it is not currently available from our own stock.

Depending on the product, we may still be able to order it for you. Please contact us if you would like us to check its availability and expected delivery time.

Different Versions May Have Different Delivery Times

For products with multiple options, always check the stock status of the specific version you have selected.

One version of a product may be immediately available, while another may need to be specially ordered or may be temporarily unavailable.

Stock status can vary according to:

• Model or version

• Calibre

• Colour

• Size

• Left- or right-handed version

• Other product variation

Always check the stock and delivery information for the exact version you wish to order.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

If you order several products with different delivery times, the complete order will normally be dispatched according to the product with the longest delivery time.

If you would like the products that are already in stock to be shipped separately, please contact us to discuss whether a partial shipment is possible. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Costs

We aim to keep our shipping costs as competitive and transparent as possible. Shipping costs depend on factors including the destination country, size and weight of the order and type of product.

The applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order, allowing you to see the shipping charge in advance.

SEM Jacht & Schietsport ships many products throughout the Netherlands, Europe and other international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates may vary depending on the destination.

Different rates may apply to large, heavy or unusually sized shipments. Where possible, our webshop automatically calculates the appropriate shipping rate based on your order and destination.

International Shipping

SEM Jacht & Schietsport is based in Bornerbroek, the Netherlands, and international orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.

We ship a large part of our product range internationally. However, not every product can be shipped to every country.

International regulations regarding airguns, firearm-related accessories, moderators, pressure components and other shooting-sports products can vary considerably between countries.

Customers are responsible for checking whether a product may legally be imported, purchased, possessed and used in the destination country before placing an order.

Additional restrictions or requirements may apply depending on the product and destination. If you are unsure whether we can ship a particular product to your country, please contact us before ordering.

When Does the Delivery Time Start?

For products that must be specially ordered, we begin processing the order after we have received your order and, where applicable, your payment.

All stated delivery times are estimates. Weekends, public holidays, supplier or manufacturer closures, product availability and transport delays can affect the actual delivery time.

Delayed Orders

We do our best to meet the stated delivery times. However, for special-order products we also depend on manufacturers, importers, suppliers and transport companies.

As a result, a product may occasionally become available later than originally expected.

If we receive information indicating that the actual delivery time will differ significantly from the estimate shown, we will aim to inform you as soon as possible.

Firearms, Ammunition and Ammunition Components

Additional legal requirements apply to the purchase and transfer of firearms, ammunition and ammunition components.

SEM Jacht & Schietsport never ships firearms, ammunition or ammunition components by parcel carrier. These products can only be collected in person from our store in Bornerbroek, the Netherlands.

This also applies when the product is marked “In stock”, “Available for immediate delivery” or with another stock status. The stock status only indicates availability and does not indicate that the product can be shipped.

When collecting regulated products, all required valid documents and permits must be presented and all applicable legal requirements must be met.
