The Gamo Roadster IGT 10X GEN2 5.5 mm is a powerful break-barrel air rifle with a 10-shot magazine and Gamo's IGT gas-ram system. After each shot, simply break the barrel and close it again. The next pellet is automatically loaded from the magazine during this movement.

The Roadster combines the low-profile 10X GEN2 magazine system with an IGT gas ram, Whisper Fusion, an adjustable CAT trigger and adjustable open sights. A scope is therefore not required, but can be fitted later if you prefer to shoot with optics.

10X GEN2 with 10-Shot Magazine

The 10X GEN2 system uses a 10-shot magazine. Fill the magazine with 5.5 mm diabolo pellets and place it above the barrel. Each time the barrel is broken to cock the rifle, the next pellet is loaded automatically.

This means you do not have to insert a new pellet by hand after every shot. The barrel still has to be broken before each shot to cock the rifle.

With the GEN2 system, the magazine sits low and almost horizontally above the barrel. This gives the rifle a more compact profile than the first generation of Gamo's 10X system.

IGT Gas Ram Instead of a Traditional Spring

The Roadster uses Gamo's IGT (Inert Gas Technology). Instead of a traditional steel mainspring, the rifle is powered by a gas ram.

The gas ram gives the rifle a quick and direct feel when firing. It also avoids the use of a conventional steel spring that can vibrate during the shot or lose some of its tension after long-term use.

5.5 mm / .22 Calibre

This version of the Gamo Roadster is chambered in 5.5 mm / .22. The heavier 5.5 mm calibre is well suited to a powerful air rifle and is a popular choice for recreational shooting.

Adjustable CAT Trigger

The CAT (Custom Action Trigger) allows the first and second trigger stages to be adjusted separately. This makes it possible to set the trigger more closely to your own preference.

A trigger that feels right makes it easier to release the shot cleanly without moving the rifle unnecessarily at the last moment.

SWA Recoil Pad

At the rear of the stock is Gamo's SWA (Shock Wave Absorber) recoil pad. This softer pad helps make the movement of the rifle against the shoulder feel more comfortable.

The synthetic stock is also easy to maintain and well suited to regular use.
