CZ DUTY 4.0 C 9x19 Compact OR Pistol with Manual Safety

CZ DUTY 4.0 C 9x19 Manual Safety – Compact Pistol
The CZ DUTY 4.0 C Manual Safety is a modern compact pistol from the new CZ DUTY series. This model combines a modular chassis with an ergonomic grip, a striker-fired trigger system and an Optics Ready design. This version also features a manually operated safety, providing an additional safety control. Thanks to its compact grip, this model is particularly interesting for sport shooters looking for a compact pistol with a separate manual safety.
Manual Safety – Additional Safety Control
The main difference compared to the standard CZ DUTY 4.0 C is the manual safety. This version features an external safety lever that allows the shooter to deliberately engage the safety mechanism. When engaged, the manual safety prevents the firing mechanism from operating. The safety must be disengaged before firing.
The manual safety provides an additional control alongside the pistol's internal safety mechanisms. The standard CZ DUTY 4.0 C does not feature an external manual safety lever. The Manual Safety version is therefore particularly appealing to sport shooters who prefer a pistol with an independently operated safety mechanism.
Modular Chassis
One of the key features of the CZ DUTY series is its modular chassis. It forms the foundation of the pistol and allows different configurations within the system. The design combines flexibility with a solid construction and offers possibilities for adapting the pistol to individual preferences.
Optics Ready
The CZ DUTY 4.0 C features an Optics Ready system that allows compatible red dot sights to be mounted directly onto the slide. With suitable optics, no conventional adapter plate is required. Compatibility depends on the selected red dot sight and its mounting interface.
Ergonomics and Handling
The ergonomically shaped compact grip supports a natural hand position and comfortable handling. The striker-fired trigger system provides a consistent trigger feel. The combination of the shorter grip and manually operated safety makes this version particularly interesting for sport shooters who prefer a compact pistol with a separate safety control.
Difference Between Compact and Full-size
The CZ DUTY series is available in Compact (C) and Full-size (F) versions. Both models share the same modular design and feature a barrel length of 102 mm (4 inches). The main difference is the grip length and magazine capacity. The Compact features a shorter grip and a magazine capacity of 15 rounds. The Full-size has a longer grip, providing more room for the hand, and a magazine capacity of 17 rounds. Both versions are available with or without a manual safety.
