Scherell's Schaftol oil is the best product available on the market for the maintenance of wooden gun stocks. By maintaining the wooden gun stock with Schaftol oil, the lifespan of the gun stock is considerably extended.
The oil is available in five colors:
- Extra dark, specifically for repair and restoration
- Dark, for maintenance on walnut gun stocks
- Light, maintenance with light oil prevents discoloration of the gun stock
- Gold, excellently suited to accentuate the texture of light-cloured stocks for a golden-yellow finish
- Reddish Brown, specially suited for gun stocks having a reddish tint
