Gehmann 492 Leather Kneeling Roll Black with Cork Filling
Gehmann 492 Leather Kneeling Roll Black with Cork Filling
The Gehmann 492 is a black leather kneeling roll designed for the kneeling shooting position in competitive target shooting. Supplied pre-filled with cork granules, it provides support beneath the foot and ankle of the rear leg. This helps shooters maintain a stable and consistent shooting position during training and competitions.
Stable Support for the Kneeling Shooting Position
In the kneeling position, the kneeling roll is placed beneath the instep or ankle of the rear foot. It provides a supportive base that helps maintain a balanced body position and a repeatable shooting stance while aiming and releasing the shot.
The cork granule filling distributes under pressure and adapts to the position of the foot, allowing shooters to achieve a level of support suited to their individual shooting technique.
High-quality Black Leather Construction
The exterior of the Gehmann 492 is made from black leather. Its durable construction is suitable for regular use at the shooting range, offering a traditional finish for competitive shooting equipment.
This leather version differs from the Gehmann 495, which features a suede leather exterior with non-slip rubber strips.
Cork Filling with Adjustable Volume
The Gehmann 492 comes ready-filled with cork granules. A zip closure at the end of the kneeling roll provides access to the filling, allowing the amount of cork to be adjusted according to personal preference and the desired level of support.
A leather carrying loop makes the kneeling roll convenient to transport to the shooting range and store alongside other shooting accessories.
