SmartReloader Fine Walnut Polishing Media is a natural polishing granulate made from crushed walnut shells, designed for polishing brass cartridge cases. It is intended for use in vibratory case tumblers and helps remove light deposits and surface contamination while giving brass cases a shiny finish.
The fine walnut shell particles make this polishing media particularly suitable for finishing brass cartridge cases. During tumbling, the cases move through the granulate, which gradually cleans and polishes their surfaces. This fine walnut polishing media is especially suitable for previously cleaned brass cases that require an additional polishing treatment.
For heavily soiled cartridge cases, SmartReloader Coarse Walnut Cleaning Media can be used first to remove dirt and deposits. The cases can then be polished with this fine walnut media to achieve a shinier finish. The granulate is suitable for dry polishing and can be reused several times, depending on the level of contamination.

Application
Fill the case tumbler with a suitable amount of fine walnut shell polishing media and add the brass cartridge cases. During operation, the vibration moves the cases through the granulate, helping remove light deposits and polish their surfaces. Once polishing is complete, carefully separate the polishing media from the polished cases.
