The Gehmann 523-18 is a 26 mm long foresight tunnel featuring M18 x 0.5 threads on both ends. A compatible M18 retaining collar, such as the Gehmann 547 Element Grip Collar, can be used to secure the insert inside the tunnel.

The Gehmann 523-22 features a larger M22 thread. M18 and M22 threaded accessories are not directly interchangeable.
