The Gamo Swarm Fox 5.5 mm combines a traditional spring-piston air rifle with Gamo's practical 10X magazine system. Instead of manually loading a pellet after every shot, the magazine can be filled with up to 10 pellets in advance. Each time the barrel is broken to cock the rifle, the next pellet is automatically loaded.

This makes the Swarm Fox quicker and more convenient to reload than a conventional single-shot break-barrel rifle. At the same time, it keeps the simplicity of a spring-powered air rifle: there is no need for an air bottle, pump, compressor or CO2 cartridges. This version comes complete with a Gamo 4x32 scope.

10-Shot Gamo Swarm Magazine

One of the main features of the Swarm Fox is its 10-shot magazine. Fill the magazine with up to 10 suitable 5.5 mm pellets and place it into the magazine system.

Breaking the barrel cocks the rifle and loads the next pellet from the magazine. There is no need to place a pellet into the barrel by hand after every shot, making the rifle particularly convenient when shooting several targets or groups in succession.

Spring-Piston Power in 5.5 mm

The Swarm Fox uses a traditional steel mainspring and produces approximately 24 joules in this 5.5 mm version. The rifle is cocked by breaking the barrel downwards, which also prepares the magazine system for the next shot.

A major advantage of this system is its simplicity. There is no air cylinder to fill and no CO2 cartridges are required. Simply fill the magazine with suitable 5.5 mm pellets and the rifle is ready to use.
