CZ DUTY 4.0 F 9x19 Full-size OR Pistol with Manual Safety

CZ DUTY 4.0 F 9x19 Manual Safety – Full-size Pistol

The CZ DUTY 4.0 F Manual Safety is a modern full-size pistol from the new CZ DUTY series. This model combines a modular chassis with an ergonomic grip, a striker-fired trigger system and an Optics Ready design. This version features an additional manually operated safety, allowing the shooter to engage or disengage the safety independently.

Manual Safety – Additional Safety Control

The main difference compared to the standard CZ DUTY 4.0 F is the manual safety. This externally operated safety allows the shooter to deliberately engage the safety mechanism and disengage it before firing. The manual safety provides an additional control alongside the pistol's internal safety mechanisms.

The standard CZ DUTY 4.0 F does not feature an external manual safety lever. As a result, there is no separate manual safety that needs to be disengaged before operating the trigger. The Manual Safety version is particularly appealing to sport shooters who prefer a pistol with an independently operated safety mechanism.

Modular Chassis

One of the key features of the CZ DUTY series is its modular chassis. It forms the foundation of the pistol and allows different configurations within the system. The design combines flexibility with a solid construction and offers possibilities for adapting the pistol to individual preferences.

Optics Ready

The CZ DUTY 4.0 F features an Optics Ready system that allows compatible red dot sights to be mounted directly onto the slide. With suitable optics, no conventional adapter plate is required. Compatibility depends on the selected red dot sight and its mounting interface.

Ergonomics and Handling

The ergonomically shaped full-size grip provides ample room for the hand and supports a natural hand position. The striker-fired trigger system delivers a consistent trigger feel. The combination of the longer grip and manually operated safety makes this version particularly interesting for sport shooters who prefer a larger pistol with a separate safety control.

Difference Between Full-size and Compact

The CZ DUTY series is available in Full-size (F) and Compact (C) versions. Both models share the same modular design and feature a barrel length of 102 mm (4 inches). The main difference is the grip length and magazine capacity. The Full-size features a longer grip and a magazine capacity of 17 rounds. The Compact has a shorter grip and a magazine capacity of 15 rounds. Both versions are available with or without a manual safety.
