Niebling Cleaning Cord .30–.357 / 7.62–9 mm – 12-Strand – Barrel Cleaning
Niebling Cleaning Cord .30–.357 / 7.62–9 mm – 12-Strand
The Niebling 12-strand cleaning cord is a practical tool for barrel cleaning. This version is suitable for various calibres ranging from .30 to .357 / 7.62 to 9 mm.
The flexible cord is pulled through the barrel to help remove loose fouling and residue. It is particularly useful for regular maintenance after shooting and provides a convenient way to clean the barrel without using a traditional cleaning rod.
Practical for regular barrel maintenance
The cleaning cord can be pulled through the barrel from the chamber towards the muzzle. As it passes through, the cord makes contact with the inside of the barrel and helps pick up loose fouling and residue.
Depending on the level of fouling, the cord can be pulled through the barrel several times. For more thorough cleaning, it can be combined with a suitable barrel cleaner, brushes or cleaning pellets.
12-strand design
This version consists of 12 strands, combining a flexible construction with good contact with the inside of the barrel. This makes the cord easy to pull through and suitable for regular firearm maintenance.
