FX Barrel

FX Airguns has air rifles from caliber 4.5mm (.177) to 7.62mm (.30) and with a number of models it is possible to easily exchange the barrel system for another caliber, there are also special barrels that are better suited for shooting slugs or pellets.

Not only can the barrel be adjusted, you can also adjust hammer springs for different models, a 2nd regulator has been installed or a power plenum has been applied. For example, the FX Impact M3 has a variety of beautiful innovations and adjustment options:

Adjustable Hammer Spring - The hammer spring determines the force with which the hammer strikes the valve that releases the air that forces the projectile out of the barrel. The more powerful the spring tension, the faster the valve opens, resulting in a higher velocity of the pellet or slug exiting the barrel.

Adjustable regulator - With some PCP airguns from FX Airguns, the rifle is equipped with an external regulator, so you can quickly and easily adjust the pressure. you do not have to bleed the airgun first to lower or increase the pressure. after just one shot you can see what the set pressure is.

Dual regulator - Some FX Airguns models are equipped with 2 regulators, the first regulator is connected to the main cylinder and the second regulator is connected to the first. The advantage of this is that the pressure gradually enters the second regulator and not suddenly with full force from the main cylinder of, for example, 250 bar. Not only is this better for the regulator but it also contributes to accuracy because air pressure before the shot is much more consistent in pressure.

Power Plenum Reservoir -  The power plenum reservoir is located between the last regulator and the valve. FX has designed this reservoir in such a way that it is possible to shoot heavy slugs and light pellets very accurately and at the same speeds every time. This Power Plenum in combination with both regulators and adjustable hammer spring make the FX rifles equipped with this system particularly accurate and also more economical with the air supply.
